It’s been a while since I’ve posted! Luckily, with the addition of a new Wheel cartoonist and   some strategically placed holidays, I was able to focus on the end of the semester and finals without too much worry about political cartoons. Pictured is a little sneak peak of a rather large project under construction. Based off of the University I attend, can you guess what it is?
